Sleeping Lady Chapter

Eagle River, Alaska

Backpacking is a popular Alaskan pastime. Many of our residents enjoy our spectacular scenery and getting out into the wilderness.  The jeans were made by Nancy Durand of Sleeping Lady Chapter, the first garment made for the doll.

The outfit was completed by Marie McGlinchy who constructed the plaid shirt and quilted vest. The miniature backpack from the REI sporting goods store was supplied by Carol Ross.

The costume is completed with the red bandana kerchief from the railroad costume.
